CAPTURING BEAUTY

Swiss photographer Reto Guntli travels all continents for book productions, hotel shoots and magazine reportages on architecture, interiors, people, art, design and travels. Many of the world’s top hotel groups and resorts hire him for their branding/advertising photography and campaigns. With co-photographer Agi Simoes also drone photography and an impeccable postproduction is provided.

With the production of over 50 books in the past 20 years  – for Publishing Houses like Taschen, Assouline, teNeues, Thames & Hudson, Abrams, Dumont, Knesebeck, Gerstenberg, Edition Larivière – he set a record as one of the most accomplished photographers of luxurious lifestyles in the world’s metropoles. His  books  LIVING IN JAPAN and LIVING IN BALI  are on  TASCHEN  publisher's top bestseller list. His recent book THIS MUST BE PARADISE - CONSCIOUS TRAVEL INSPIRATIONS for TeNeues publisher show 25 resorts around the word that are dedicated to carbon zero future. Reto Guntli is part of www.itmustbenow.com, the platform for sustainability  in hospitality and has the special talent to show sustainability in ihospitality.

He regularly contributes to magazines  like Architectural Digest, Vogue, Casa Vogue, Elle Decoration, Condé Nast Traveller, and many others.

A genuine interest in the arts brings him in personal contact with some of the most famous artist in the world. Reto photographs many of Marina Abramovic's iconic collection works.

With this experience at hand, Reto Guntli created "PRIVATE PUBLISHING", offering homeowners, hotel groups and real estate companies individually produced private book projects including photography, design, edition and printing.
